As ridership of commuter rail systems expands, development near commuter stations occurs. People enjoy the convenience of living and shopping near commuter rail stations in every locale. Central Florida’s SunRail is no exception. Charlan Brock has designed this new Apartment complex facing Orlando Avenue/17-92, just south of the Maitland Boulevard overpass. Projecting bays on corners, and cantilevered apartment balconies, provide interest to the development, and screen the 5 level parking structure in the center of the project. The SunRail Maitland Station is just behind the property.
