OPT 501C3

You may have seen the article this past week in the Orlando Sentinel about a new 501c3 in Orange County that is focused on education and advocacy on behalf of the county’s historic properties.  OPT’s purpose is to serve as a resource for preservation-minded citizens to learn how they can preserve and revitalize historic properties in Orange County.  Here is a link to the new web page and an invitation to come to one of their four organizational meetings.

OPT needs to keep abreast of developments that may impact historic properties, build a membership base, identify priorities and educate stakeholders about the importance of historic preservation.  They invite you to help them reach those initial goals by coming to a meeting near you and engaging in a thoughtful discussion about preservation.
